These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Project joseph, operated by Echo Kilo Charlie LLC (d/b/a Project Joseph) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Project joseph is a goal coaching platform that sends personalized reminders, check-ins, and progress prompts via SMS and in-app notifications. Users interact with the service by responding to messages with goal updates and status reports.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Project joseph.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

SMS Messaging Program

Operated by: Echo Kilo Charlie LLC (d/b/a Project Joseph)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Project joseph (Echo Kilo Charlie LLC (d/b/a Project Joseph)) sent via short message service (SMS). Message types include:

• Daily and weekly goal check-ins and progress prompts
• Deadline reminders and follow-up nudges
• Account and service-related notifications

Message frequency varies based on your goals and settings; most users receive between 1 and 5 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of Project joseph. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

• Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Project joseph is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or available at all times. Project joseph is a productivity and accountability tool, not a licensed therapy or medical service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echo Kilo Charlie LLC (d/b/a Project Joseph) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Project joseph.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Project joseph after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or SMS.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
